Chính sách này giải thích cách nhà phát triển ứng dụng xử lý thông tin khi bạn cài đặt và sử dụng Random: Lucky Pick. Nội dung giúp bạn đối chiếu với khai báo An toàn dữ liệu (Data safety) trên Google Play và App Privacy trên App Store.
1) Phạm vi
Chính sách áp dụng khi bạn cài đặt và sử dụng ứng dụng trên thiết bị Android hoặc iOS, kể cả khi dùng ngoại tuyến (trừ các lần kết nối mạng được mô tả bên dưới).
2) Dữ liệu và quyền trên thiết bị
Mô tả phù hợp với phiên bản ứng dụng tại ngày hiệu lực của chính sách:
- Không bắt buộc đăng ký: ứng dụng không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản hay đăng nhập. Chúng tôi không thu thập họ tên, email hay số điện thoại chỉ vì bạn mở ứng dụng.
- Lưu trữ cục bộ: cài đặt (ví dụ ngôn ngữ, giao diện, âm thanh, tốc độ hiệu ứng) và lịch sử kết quả bạn tạo trong app được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn. Dữ liệu này không được gửi tự động tới máy chủ của nhà phát triển. Bạn có thể xóa bằng cách xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt trong cài đặt hệ điều hành.
- Mạng (Internet): trên Android, ứng dụng sử dụng quyền Internet để kiểm tra và tải bản cập nhật giao diện/lô-gic qua Microsoft CodePush (mục 4). Khi không có mạng, các chức năng chính vẫn dùng được; chỉ phần cập nhật có thể không hoạt động.
- Quyền không sử dụng trong phiên bản hiện tại: vị trí, danh bạ, camera, micro, SMS. Nếu phiên bản sau bổ sung quyền hoặc SDK mới, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật chính sách này và tuân thủ yêu cầu xin phép của hệ điều hành và pháp luật.
- Quảng cáo & phân tích: phiên bản hiện tại không tích hợp SDK quảng cáo hay phân tích hành vi bên thứ ba trong mã nguồn ứng dụng. Nếu thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật tài liệu này và khai báo trên cửa hàng.
3) Mục đích xử lý
- Cung cấp và duy trì chức năng ứng dụng.
- Phân phối bản sửa lỗi và cải tiến qua CodePush khi cần.
- Đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp lý khi có yêu cầu hợp lệ từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
4) Microsoft CodePush
Ứng dụng dùng Microsoft CodePush (liên quan App Center) để kiểm tra và tải gói cập nhật JavaScript. Thiết bị có thể gửi/nhận thông tin kỹ thuật cần cho quá trình đó (ví dụ phiên bản app, khóa triển khai, trạng thái cập nhật) theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Microsoft.
5) Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý bởi:
- Microsoft trong phạm vi vận hành CodePush (mục 4).
- Google / Apple theo điều khoản của cửa hàng ứng dụng khi bạn tải hoặc cập nhật app.
- Cơ quan có thẩm quyền, khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
6) Quyền của người dùng
Với thông tin chỉ lưu trên thiết bị, bạn kiểm soát trực tiếp qua cài đặt hệ điều hành (xóa dữ liệu app, gỡ app). Nếu sau này chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân qua máy chủ riêng, bạn sẽ được thông báo và có các quyền theo luật hiện hành (truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa, khiếu nại, v.v.).
7) Bảo mật
Chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp phù hợp để bảo vệ thông tin trong phạm vi kiểm soát. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; chúng tôi luôn cải thiện theo mức hợp lý.
8) Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
Dịch vụ CodePush có thể xử lý dữ liệu trên hạ tầng đặt ngoài quốc gia bạn cư trú. Việc này dựa trên điều khoản của Microsoft và các biện pháp bảo vệ mà nhà cung cấp áp dụng.
9) Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không nhắm tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của các em. Phụ huynh nên giám sát trẻ vị thành niên khi sử dụng thiết bị.
10) Liên kết bên thứ ba
App có thể mở trình duyệt hoặc cửa hàng (ví dụ khi bạn chọn đánh giá hoặc chia sẻ). Chính sách quyền riêng tư của các trang đó do bên thứ ba quản lý.
11) Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này; phiên bản mới được đăng tại địa chỉ bạn đang xem kèm ngày hiệu lực. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được phản ánh trong mô tả trên Google Play và App Store khi cần.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the app developer handles information when you install and use Random: Lucky Pick. It is intended to align with Data safety on Google Play and App Privacy on the App Store.
1) Scope
This policy applies when you install and use the app on Android or iOS devices, including offline use (except for network activity described below).
2) Data and device permissions
The following reflects the app version in effect as of the policy date:
- No registration required: the app does not require an account or sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number simply because you open the app.
- Local storage: settings (such as language, theme, sound, animation speed) and history of results you create in the app are stored on your device. This data is not automatically sent to the developer’s servers. You can delete it by clearing app data or uninstalling the app in your system settings.
- Network (Internet): on Android, the app uses the Internet permission to check for and download updates to the UI/logic via Microsoft CodePush (section 4). Without a network, core features still work; update checks may not.
- Permissions not used in the current version: location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS. If a future version adds permissions or third-party SDKs, we will update this policy and follow platform and legal consent requirements.
- Ads & analytics: the current version does not integrate ad or behavioral analytics SDKs in the app source. If that changes, we will update this page and store listings.
3) Purposes of processing
- To provide and maintain app functionality.
- To distribute fixes and improvements via CodePush when needed.
- To comply with legal obligations when required by competent authorities.
4) Microsoft CodePush
The app uses Microsoft CodePush (related to App Center) to check for and download JavaScript update packages. Your device may send/receive technical information needed for that process (for example app version, deployment key, update status) as described in Microsoft’s privacy statement.
5) Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by:
- Microsoft for CodePush operations (section 4).
- Google / Apple under their app store terms when you download or update the app.
- Competent authorities when required by law.
6) Your rights
For information stored only on your device, you control it directly through the operating system (clear app data, uninstall). If we later collect personal data through our own servers, we will notify you and provide rights available under applicable law (access, correction, deletion, complaint, etc.).
7) Security
We apply appropriate measures to protect information within our control. No system is perfectly secure; we strive for reasonable safeguards.
8) International transfers
CodePush may process data on infrastructure located outside your country of residence, governed by Microsoft’s terms and safeguards.
9) Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Parents or guardians should supervise minors’ device use.
10) Third-party links
The app may open a browser or store (for example when you rate or share). Those sites’ privacy policies are managed by third parties.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the latest version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in Google Play and App Store listings when appropriate.
